Proceeding with success of bidding of Regent Garment Factory expansion project, Phase I on 12nd March 2014, Dong Son Company received the Notice of Award to executing the Block 4 construction package belongs to the Regent Garments Factory expansion project located in Lai Vu Industrial Zone, Kim Thanh District, Hai Duong province.
The total contract value is worth 100 billion dongs for construction works including foundation, structure, finishing and MEP works, which are scheduled to complete in within 7 months.
Furthermore, Dong Son Company continues to execute the Design works of the second phase of Regent Garment Factory expansion project which estimating to implement in 2015 with total area up to 16.57ha, including 01 3-storey Admin building (2800m2/floor); 02 5-storey Workshops (20.000m2/floor); 02 2-storey Warehouse (13000m2/floor) and supporting houses.
To maintain and develop the trust of the investor when choosing Dong Son Company to be continuously the main contractor for the Block 4 construction package and Design works of Phase 2 of Regent Factory, Dong Son has organized a team with criteria to ensure the progress and the best quality for the project, meet the rigorous standards of Safety system and compliance with ESAP plan (Environmental & Social Action plan), to hand over the project on time as scheduled, to contribute to the success of the project.
