With the motto “Prestige is the future”, on May 04, 2018, Dong Son was honored to be Star Fashion Co., Ltd officially awarded the design and construction package of Star Fashion Factory phase 3. Following this event, on July 24, 2018, the Investor continues to choose Dong Son as the Main Contractor for the design and execution of the M&E package for the Project.This honor once again confirms the quality of our work satisfies the Investor.
Civil work includes the following main tasks: (1) Structural and Architectural Design, (2) Construction of Block 2, Block 3, Canteen, Motorbike parking No2 and other items and (3) Renovation work in the previous phases.
The construction work starts in June 2018 with completion time within 13 months. In which 9 months for the design and build of new construction and 4 months for Block 2 renovation and construction.
M&E work includes design and execution work for (1) M&E system, (2) Fire fighting system in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, (3) Smoke exhaust system, (4) Houses to set low voltage distribution panel & generator.
With determination to complete the works with the best quality, Dong Son will focus all our ability to implement project as committed and satisfy Investor.
