The organization of summer trip for nearly 200 staffs is an important activity of Dong Son which is held annually in order to bring joy, relaxation to our staffs after stressful days of work and to thank them for their contribution to the company. It’s also an opportunity for staffs to get to know each other well.
The spirit “WORK HARD, PLAY HARD” was reflected in each individual and Dong Son as a whole in team building games at Ha Long Bay beach. Summer weather in the middle of June seemed stoke up the enthusiasm in each individual and smiles on their faces were the clear proof for that.
When the sun set, ending funny games at the beach, members of Dong Son family together with their dears gathered at hotel ball room for “Converge and Shine” Gala Dinner.
The party got lively with the participation of “Dong Son kids”. It seemed the enthusiasm of “Dong Son parents” had spread through their kids that they did not hesitate to perform on stage or participate in games.
Our staffs also enjoyed their moments at Sun World Halong Complex and on the cruise visiting Ha Long Bay. Although the summer trip is over, memory of a united and enthusiastic Dong Son family still lives in each person. This is one of the motivations for each individual to continue working hard for a strong Dong Son.
